Tenants provide written consent to receive these text messages at the time of lease signing. Consent is recorded and timestamped as part of your lease documentation. We send messages only to tenants who have provided consent. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency varies based on your account activity, billing cycle, and lease status. You may receive recurring messages related to your account.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Charges for text messages are determined by your mobile carrier and your individual mobile plan. Please contact your wireless provider for details about your messaging and data plan.

How to Opt Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message and then stop sending SMS messages to you. If you would like to opt back in, you may contact us at 918-485-1177.
