The form captures the tenant's mobile number and written, dated consent to receive recurring account, billing, and lease text messages. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. How consent is collected
This signed paper rider is attached to and executed with each tenant lease agreement. The completed, signed form is retained in the tenant's lease file as the written, dated record of SMS consent. Consent is never captured via an online form or checkbox — it is always obtained at in-person lease signing before any text messages are sent.
